Privacy Policy
This shop is small, and so is the amount of information it keeps. Here's exactly what happens to yours.
Who you're buying from
Checkout and payment are handled by Fourthwall, who are the seller of record for everything sold here. When you pay, you're paying Fourthwall, and they send your receipt. Your card details go to them and never pass through this website at all.
What we collect directly
If you log in with Discord or Twitch, we store your account ID and username so we can recognise you when you come back, and so we can tell that a review comes from someone who actually bought the thing. We don't get your password, your email, or anything else from those accounts.
If you leave a review, we keep your rating, your text, and the display name from whichever account you logged in with.
What Fourthwall collects
Fourthwall takes your email and shipping address at checkout so the order can be sent to you. We can see your shipping details in their dashboard, because we're the ones printing and posting your order. We use them for that and nothing else. Their handling of your data is covered by their own privacy policy.
Reviews are public
Published reviews show your rating, your text and your Discord or Twitch display name to anyone visiting the shop. Reviews are checked before they go up. If you'd like one removed, just ask.
Older orders
Orders placed before we moved to Fourthwall are still stored here, including the shipping address they were sent to. If you'd like your old order record deleted, email us and we'll remove it.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't send marketing email. We never see or store card details.
