Terms of Service
Who you're buying from
Orders are sold and processed by Fourthwall, who act as the seller of record. Your purchase contract is with them, and their terms apply to the sale itself. Rainbow Roost Cafe designs the products, and makes and posts them to you.
Orders & payment
Prices are in USD. Payment is taken by Fourthwall at the time you order, on their checkout page. Card details never reach this website.
Charges appear on your statement as FW * Rainbow Roost Cafe.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Stickers are made to order, so allow a little time for us to print and post yours. Delivery times after that are down to the postal service, and we can't be responsible for delays once it's in their hands.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Post that can't be delivered generally can't be recovered, so a wrong address usually means a lost order.
Reviews
Only customers who bought a product can review it, one review per product. Reviews are checked before publishing, and we may decline or remove anything abusive, off-topic, or that targets a person rather than the product. Criticism of the product is entirely welcome; that's rather the point.
By posting a review you're happy for it to be shown publicly alongside your Discord or Twitch display name.
Our artwork
The designs are ours. Buying a product means you own that product, not the artwork, so please don't reproduce or resell the designs.
Every design is credited to its artist on the product listing.
